Guy explained that PastPerfect was not without its limitations. The



 

 agency needed something cloud-based.



 

 This collection is an agency-wide program (a PDA, to be precise) and operates similarly to an organization.



 

 4Culture could not afford funding to create a database. Guy spoke with colleagues in the field and one of them shared Artwork Archive.

 artworks. "We have 2500 pieces distributed over 100 locations in the County. I can pull up Artwork Archive and look at the condition of the collection.
